Commercial Virtual Remote (CVR) / Microsoft (MS) Teams Information Page
On 13 July 2020 the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) deployed a tool that allows you to perform the following items via self-service:
-Reset your Password,
-Reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and
-Enable a disabled account
This can be done via your CAC enabled computer by selecting your CACs Authentication certificate on the website.
NOTE: It is recommended you use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome web browsers
(Select your CAC Authentication certificate)
The Army Enterprise Service will lose this capability in the near future.
Starting on Monday, 3 August 2020, CVR/MS Teams user sessions will have
a maximum lifespan of 7 days. This will require CVR/MS Teams users
to login with multi-factor authentication (MFA) every 7 days if not
logging in on a more frequent basis. Users should ensure that their MFA
is properly set as well as ensure that their CVR self-service password
reset capability is configured. Users can change their MFA settings and
reset their passwords via the CAC-enabled CVR Self-Service Portal
